It is a major red flag, one of the lowest forms or decetion, someone thinks they can be both roles to get away with what they assume to be normal and not to be seen as anthing differnt than stimulation.
Report without a pause with all data; you could be dealing with a malignant narcissist. A mix of narcissism and psychopathy. There is no place they won't go, detachment beyond words. It is them and them only, nothing is getting in, no change, hardwired.
